A note from Amos, our CEO

Key Takeaways
This week we announced that Guardio raised $40 million at a valuation of $1.1 billion, and that Assaf Rappaport, the founder of Wiz, joined our investors.
It's a huge achievement, no question. But when the round closed, something else was on my mind.
I thought about the day we started Guardio. Michael, Daniel and I had already worked side by side for a decade. We started Guardio with one conviction: the cybersecurity industry protects companies, but nobody protects the person. For the first three years we took no outside money at all. We just built, listened to users, and built again.
Today, Guardio has one million paying customers trusting us to keep them safe, every day. A year ago it was half that. Customers join for two main reasons. Some looked at the antivirus they'd been buying for twenty years and realized it wasn't built for what's coming at them now. Others never bought protection at all, because they assumed someone had them covered: the big platforms, the bank, being careful. Then a scam got too close to them or to someone they love, and they realized they needed help.
Scammers stopped hacking computers a long time ago. They hack people. And AI made it cheap. A scam that once needed a skilled team can now be written, voiced, and delivered by software. Last year three out of four U.S. adults faced a scam or attack. Reported losses hit a record $20.9 billion. Nobody is losing their savings to a virus anymore. People lose their savings while their antivirus reports the computer is perfectly clean.
That's the core of the problem: the old tools protect your device. But you are not a device. The text about a package. The call from your "bank." The site that looks exactly like the real one. These attacks don't target your computer. They target your judgment, in a tired moment, on whatever screen is in your hand. And soon, not just you: the AI assistants that browse, shop, and click on your behalf will need protection from deception too.
So we built Guardio around an alternative approach: protect the person, not the device. We watch the places scams actually reach you: messages, email, calls, browsing. And we stop them before you ever tap the link, even when a scam hops between devices, like a phone call that lures you into downloading malware on your PC. This is the level of protection a Fortune 500 security team takes for granted. I believe your parents, your child, and you deserve it too.
Nearly every day we read a message from a customer who almost lost something real (savings, a business, peace of mind) and didn't. For me, those messages are what we actually deliver as a company.
Is a $1.1 billion valuation exciting? Honestly - yes. But it's a stepping stone, not a finish line. Tens of millions of people are still "protected" by software built for a decade that's over. It's our mission and commitment to reach as many of them as possible.
To our team: a million people around the world sleep safer because of what we all built together. I'm so proud of what we built together. Thank you.
To our investors and partners: you stood by us through thick and thin. Thank you for your trust and partnership.
To our customers: Thank you. You realized the world is changing before most of the industry did. We'll keep working day and night to keep you safe.
We've only just started - and I've never been more excited to get to work.
